Founded by Dr. Tom Banas.

 

Dr. Banas completed his Neurologic training at the University of Cincinnati. He has been board certified and a practicing neurologist for over 28 years. In addition, he has  a B.S./M.S. in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

 

He has a vast background in Neurology with specific expertise in areas including Concussion, Spinal Cord or Nerve Injury, Stroke, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders, Memory Loss, Spasticity, Neurorehabilitation and Research.

At Discerning MD, Dr. Banas and his team have been trained to focus on important questions, to dissect complex medical cases, to thoroughly examine patients dealing with lingering medical issues and provide objective insight for difficult medical- legal questions.
